India's personalised gifting market is growing rapidly, but most online gift stores offer poor customisation options and slow delivery with no real-time support. ClickNGreet wanted to stand out by offering a wide range of customisable gift categories with an experience that felt personal — not like ordering a generic product off a mass-market platform.
