What problem needed solving?
Marine procurement is one of the world's most fragmented industries. Ship operators and owners spend hours chasing vendors across emails, phone calls, and outdated directories to find qualified suppliers for everything from spare parts to hull cleaning. There was no centralised, trusted B2B platform purpose-built for maritime supply chains — leaving billions in procurement spend managed inefficiently.

How we solved it
We designed a B2B procurement platform with the RFQ (Request for Quote) process at its core. Rather than trying to be a generic marketplace, we built deep domain specificity: vendor profiles structured around maritime service categories, port-based discovery so operators can find vendors at any global port, and real-time messaging that keeps all procurement communication in one place. Vendor verification was built-in from day one to ensure quality and trust on both sides of every transaction.
